Front Door, Balustrade & Sliding Folding Door

Working to our clients’ requirements, we were able to supply & install a new front door with a side panel, an internal balustrade, and a sliding folding door to the rear. The client’s specific needs for the front door included pole handles and a multipoint locking system; however, they made it clear that they did not want the usual slam lock typically found on these types of doors. To address this unique request, we meticulously devised a solution that featured a key wind multipoint lock mechanism, which not only provides enhanced security but also offers ease of use. Additionally, we redesigned the latch mechanism, opting for a roller latch instead of the conventional type. This thoughtful adjustment ensures that the client won’t accidentally lock themselves out inadvertently, as the roller latch allows for smoother operation and greater convenience. Our team’s commitment to understanding and fulfilling the client’s needs has led to a successful installation that combines both functionality and aesthetic appeal, enhancing their living space in the process.
