Recently, we had an intriguing request from a customer who wanted their balustrade posts in a stunning gold color. This was an unusual yet exciting challenge that allowed us to showcase our craftsmanship and adaptability. Rather than using traditional galvanized steel posts, we decided to use marine grade stainless steel posts for added durability.
The Importance of Powder Coating
To fulfill the customer’s aesthetic preference while ensuring long-lasting quality, we opted for powder coating. This innovative technique not only provides a beautiful finish but also protects against rust. If the powder coating were to become damaged, our choice of stainless steel ensures that rusting would not become an issue. It’s a perfect blend of style and functionality, ideal for both indoor and outdoor settings.
Incorporating Safety Features
In addition to the gold balustrade posts, we enhanced the overall design with a glass gate and 10mm clear toughened safety glass panels. These transparent features not only add elegance to the balustrade but also ensure safety without compromising visibility. This thoughtful design maximizes both light and space, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
